Refund policy

At Klean Threads & Prints Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help.

Returns:

• Timeframe: You have 15 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Custom-made or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for sizing or defective items. To start an exchange, please email us at info@kleanexhibition.com with your order number and the details of the exchange request.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.  If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
